Private alpha
mPLAY is entering a limited private alpha for macOS. This early test is intended for technically comfortable users who can provide useful feedback about playback, menus, subtitles, audio, performance, and unusual disc formats. Alpha builds are experimental and may crash, fail to play certain media, or change behavior between releases.
This alpha will be distributed directly by mPLAY.me outside the Mac App Store. Future builds are intended to be Developer ID signed and notarized before tester distribution. The alpha has not been reviewed through Apple TestFlight or the Mac App Store.
During alpha testing, mPLAY requires an active internet connection when launching the app. The app will contact mPLAY.me to verify that alpha access is granted for the current tester/build and to help prevent unauthorized sharing of private alpha builds. This check is part of the alpha program and may be changed or removed in later releases.
Some Blu-ray menu features currently rely on bundled experimental compatibility components. These are included for testing only and may be changed or removed in future builds.
Please only test with media you legally own or are otherwise authorized to use. Do not upload, submit, or redistribute copyrighted disc images, movie files, or other protected media.
Application
Do not include passwords, serial numbers, Apple ID credentials, UDIDs, private download links, or copyrighted media. This form is for tester selection only and does not send alpha access automatically.
